These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and services concluded via the Elaha Studio online shop (hereinafter referred to as “we” / “us”).

2. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to:

  Orders placed via our Shopify online shop
  
• 
  Inquiries and orders for custom-made press-on nails (e.g. via e-mail or Instagram)
  

Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product overview.

A contract is concluded once:

• 
  you submit an order in the online shop, and
  
• 
  we confirm your order by e-mail or the payment has been successfully processed.
  

For custom-made products, the contract is concluded once we confirm your design/price in writing and you have made the payment (unless otherwise expressly agreed).

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g. card, TWINT, Klarna, etc.).

Production and shipping generally take place after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Production & Delivery Times

Our press-on nails are handmade. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

  Standard products: approx. 1–2 business days until dispatch
  
• 
  Custom-made products: approx. 3–5 business days until dispatch (depending on the design)
  

Delivery times of shipping providers are beyond our control.

7. Shipping

Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post.

If tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch.

Transfer of risk: Upon handover of the goods to the shipping provider, the risk passes to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

8. Custom-Made / Personalized Products

Custom-made press-on nails are individually produced according to the customer’s wishes.

This includes, for example:

• 
  Individual designs/colors/shapes
  
• 
  Personalized sets
  
• 
  Changes agreed upon in advance
  

Important:

Since custom-made products are individually manufactured, they are excluded from exchange and return, unless a verifiable production defect exists (see Section 10).

9. Returns / Exchanges (Non-Personalized Products)

Returns or exchanges are generally excluded.

Exceptions apply only to demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered items (see Section 10).

After reviewing (evaluation of) the reported defect, the further procedure will be discussed and determined individually with you.

10. Defects / Complaints

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via e-mail
  
• 
  Please send us a photo and your order number
  

In the case of justified defects, we will provide replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

All press-on nails are handmade.

Small irregularities or minimal imperfections may occur and do not constitute a production defect, but are part of the handmade quality.

We carefully inspect each set before shipping.

However, minimal variations cannot be completely excluded.

11. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect damages (e.g. loss of profit) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Care Instructions & Application

Our press-on nails are beauty products. Durability depends, among other things, on application, care, and individual wear.

We assume no liability for:

• 
  Improper application (e.g. incorrect glue/application method)
  
• 
  Allergic reactions (please exercise caution if you have sensitive skin or test beforehand)
  
• 
  Damage caused by external influences or improper care
  

13. Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Gift cards are generally valid for an unlimited period, but at least for as long as Elaha Studio exists and redemption is technically possible. Cash payment of the gift card value is excluded unless otherwise required by law.

Discount codes are only valid within the specified period or according to the conditions defined by Elaha Studio.

Elaha Studio determines the type, duration, scope, and redeemability of discount campaigns.

The applicable conditions (e.g. validity period, minimum order value, combinability) will be clearly communicated in connection with the respective discount code.

Subsequent deductions or retroactive application of a discount code are excluded.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy published on our website.

The Privacy Policy is accessible at any time via the footer of our website and forms an integral part of these GTC.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply.

Place of jurisdiction – to the extent permitted by law – is Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Schaffhausen.

16. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
