Who are Elaha Studio press-on nails suitable for?

Our press-on nails are perfect for anyone who wants stylish, handmade nails — without a nail salon appointment.

Ideal for events, vacations, special occasions, or simply for everyday wear.

Are the press-on nails reusable?

Yes, absolutely!

With careful removal and proper care, the nails can be worn multiple times.

Do the press-ons damage my natural nails?

No. When applied and removed correctly, our press-on nails do not damage your natural nails. It’s important not to pull them off forcefully, but to gently loosen them (e.g. with warm water or nail oil). This way, your natural nails remain healthy and protected.

Are the nails handmade?

Yes!

All designs — both custom nails and standard products — are handmade by Elaha Studio and created with great attention to detail.

Are there standard designs available as well?

Yes!

In addition to custom designs, we also offer standard products that can be ordered directly from the shop at any time — depending on availability.

Can I order an individual design?

Yes!

You can easily request custom designs via Instagram DM at @elahastudio.

You can send us:

  • A specific theme
  • Inspiration images
  • Or your own idea

...and we will create your personal design.

Are custom nails excluded from exchange?

Yes.

Since custom designs are individually made for you, they are excluded from exchange.

Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Since all nails are handmade, the processing time for custom designs is a few business days (depending on order volume).

Standard products that are in stock are usually shipped more quickly.

How is shipping handled?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with Swiss Post.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1–3 business days.

Please note:
For custom designs, the total delivery time is extended by the respective processing time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship primarily within Switzerland.
For international inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Which payment methods are accepted?

When will my payment be charged?

The payment is processed immediately upon completion of the order.

Why was my order canceled?

  • Unavailable stock (for standard products)

Returns

Can I return my order?

Since these are handmade and hygiene products, we do not offer returns.

However, you can contact us at any time by email at info@elahastudio.com. We will then evaluate your request.

What happens if an item is defective?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


Each case will be reviewed individually.
After evaluation, we will discuss the next steps directly with you.

What qualifies as a valid reason for a complaint?

A complaint is only possible in cases of:

  • Severely damaged delivery
  • Clear production defects
  • Significant material defects

Please note:
All press-on nails are handmade.
Small irregularities or minimal imperfections may occur and do not constitute a production defect, but are part of the handmade quality.

We carefully inspect each set before shipping.
However, minimal variations cannot be completely excluded.

The following are therefore not considered defects:

  • Minor unevenness
  • Minimal color variations
  • Slight differences from the example image
  • Individual differences in custom designs
  • Normal signs of wear
  • Incorrect size selection

How does a complaint process work?

If there is a justified defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  2. Send us a description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos of the defect.
  4. Provide your order number.

Your request will be reviewed individually.
After evaluation, we will discuss the next steps directly with you (replacement, store credit, or another solution).
